Aimed to help people with anxiety disorders eliminate their stress through the use of “Guardian” application, which will contain tasks to help the users achieve their goals depending on their problem. Moreover, build a community in which individuals with the same concerns will help each other earn points and make progress with their situation. The application is aimed to be compatible with new technologies such as smartphones, smartwatches, even smart homes. In the case a user is having a panic attack smart watches can detect the increase of his already defined Biometric Data and alert the user with a voice affirmation, which aims to calm the user and restore healthier levels. In case the user does not respond within 10 seconds, the smart watch immediately calls his “guardian”. Demographic Data is also defined in the app so if the user has a panic attack at home (smart home system is required in this case), the app can activate the smart home to dim lights and play the user’s favorite music.
